FIT | FIT + STRENGTH | FIT + CARDIO
FIT
FIT is a full body metabolic strength workout that blends strength training movements with functional conditioning in one seamless session. You'll lift, move fast, catch your breath, and lift again. The goal is to build strength and endurance at the same time while keeping your mobility and range of motion intact. Most of us lose access to our full range of motion as life gets busier, and FIT keeps that from happening. You walk out of class stronger, more durable, and more capable in your everyday life. This is the class for people who want to be good at everything, not just one thing.
Good for:
- Carrying all the groceries in one trip without your arms falling off
- Moving a couch up three flights of stairs solo
- Sprinting to catch a runaway shopping cart in the parking lot
- Throwing a toddler in the air at the pool without fear of dropping them
- Chasing your dog through the yard and actually catching them
- Standing up from the floor without using your hands or groaning
FIT + STRENGTH
FIT + STRENGTH is a full body workout with a heavy emphasis on progressive strength training. You'll spend focused time on structured lifts, loading weight progressively to get measurably stronger. You still get the metabolic circuits and conditioning that make you durable and capable, but the real focus is building strength and tracking your progress. This class is for people who want a specific strength goal or who want to see consistent progress on the lifts while still building the kind of fitness that makes life easier.
Good for:
- Picking your car up off a curb after a bad parking job
- Carrying both kids and all their gear across a parking lot at once
- Moving a refrigerator with one friend instead of four
- Lifting your dog (even the big ones) without thinking twice
- Carrying a full cooler, beach chairs, and a kid to the beach in one go

FIT + CONDITIONING
FIT + CONDITINOING is a full body metabolic workout with an emphasis on building aerobic capacity and conditioning. You'll work longer durations and higher output on conditioning efforts, building serious work capacity. You still get the strength training movements and metabolic circuits that come with FIT, but the focus shifts toward cardio stimulus and endurance. This class is for people who want to improve their conditioning, build the ability to sustain effort, and get the cardiovascular benefits that come with that work.
Good for:
- Chasing your toddler around the playground for an hour straight
- Hiking a steep trail and actually enjoying the scenery instead of suffering
- Dancing all night at a wedding without needing to sit down
- Playing tag football at a family reunion and dominating
- Exploring a new city on foot all day and still having energy
- Chasing your kids around a playground while they're trying to escape
