Ronnie brings a community-first mindset and a genuine passion for helping people feel better in their everyday lives.
As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with continuing education in Corrective Exercise, he draws on a lifetime of involvement in fitness, from playing multiple sports as a kid to working as a gym assistant at Eastern Florida State College where he helped students pursue their goals.
His coaching is built around health, longevity, and showing people what they’re capable of.
When he’s not coaching, Ronnie loves to cook, putting care into every meal he makes for the people closest tohim. He’s a lifelong learner who’s always reading, studying, and looking fornew ways to grow. His partner is his world and a constant source of motivationto keep becoming a better version of himself.
“Whether you think you can oryou can’t, you’re right.”
Ronnie’s path into coaching started with a simple realization: fitness had become more than a habit, it had become part of who he is.
Working alongside students at his local college, he saw firsthand how the right guidance could shift someone’s confidence and quality of life.
That experience turned a personal love for movement into a career focused on helping others build lasting health, strength, and self-belief.
Ronnie is motivated by clients who show up for themselves and for the people they love.
He finds the most reward in watching members reach goals they once doubted were possible, whether that’s lifting heavier, moving better, or simply feeling stronger in daily life.
His goal is to help every client become the best version of themselves in and out of the gym, building friendships and a stronger community along the way.
