Michelle is passionate about helping people view fitness as a lifestyle that supports long-term health and longevity. She holds a B.S. in Exercise Science and is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. With a background as a competitive swimmer and professional experience in orthopedics and medical technology, Michelle brings both athletic and clinical insight to her training. Her approach is holistic, combining strength, endurance, hypertrophy, injury prevention, and pain management, tailored to each client’s unique goals.

    Turning Point

After years in competitive swimming, Michelle faced her own struggles with depression. Returning to exercise proved transformative—restoring her mental and physical health. That personal experience, along with her professional background in orthopedics, led her to realize that many of the problems she saw could be prevented or improved with movement. In 2022, she began personal training and coaching group classes to help others experience the same benefits.

    Motivation & Passion

Michelle’s favorite part of coaching is seeing a client’s progression over time and celebrating milestones they once thought impossible. She loves problem-solving to find the best fitness approach for each individual and values the sense of community fitness brings—connecting people and empowering them to lead more active, fulfilling lives.
