Aaron is the founder of Pink Llama Fitness and has been a certified personal trainer for over 16 years. With a B.S. in Kinesiology from Washington State University and additional certifications in corrective exercise, exercise nutrition, and movement screening, he’s worked with everyone from Division I athletes to new parents and first-time gym members. His approach focuses on functional movement, injury prevention, and building a body that supports the activities and moments that matter most in life.
In college, Aaron was on track to become a physical therapist. While working as a student strength and conditioning coach for WSU Athletics, he realized he realised the power of catching and correcting issues before they became "injuries" that sent them to Physical Therapy. That insight shifted his career path toward helping everyday people build strength, confidence, and resilience—long before injuries hold them back.
Aaron believes fitness should be a tool to enhance life, not a punishment for past choices. His passion is helping people overcome limitations they once accepted as permanent, and showing them they’re capable of more than they thought possible. Whether that’s moving without pain, joining a new activity, or achieving a major personal goal, Aaron is committed to creating a positive, supportive environment where progress is both sustainable and rewarding.
